4. User Obligations

When using our services or website, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Comply with all applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
Respect intellectual property rights
Maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information shared

5. Intellectual Property

Exotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exotech, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

10. Compliance with Saudi Regulations

Our services are designed to comply with applicable Saudi Arabian regulations including:

National Data Management Office (NDMO) requirements
Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) guidelines
Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)
National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) standards
Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST) regulations

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be:

First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
If unresolved, submitted to arbitration in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Governed by Saudi Arabian law
Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi Arabian courts

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, subject to applicable Saudi laws.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under Saudi Arabian law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
